Casting about
Currently lounging on the 24 casting couch (and putting their feet up on the ottoman of the next season -- okay, the metaphor's dead) are a former interior designer, a former mayor's aide, and now, interestingly, a Hobbit.

Don't forget his turn as a steroid, muscle-pumping devoted brother in "Fifty-first dates." :) He had to shed all those Hobbit pounds for that role.
