Apparently, this is how all juries breakdown: 3 guilty, 9 not guilty.
One of the jurors even seems to be reasoning along the same emotional lines as my jurors did -- "She snapped her fingers at us!" Which, yeah. But also, no. The entire case should not rest on such moments as these, but, sadly, it seems that it tends to for most jurors.
Not that I can't see the problems they would have had -- I can see where the credibility of the witnesses was bad, and so I don't exactly blame them.
